Why You SHould Start Drinking More Tea

Tea is probably one of the healthies things you can give your body. With all the stuff we put in our bodies that are bad, finding good ways to help out is excellent. There are so many health benefits associated with drinking tea it beggers belief. Some interesting facts include tha ability to deal with bad breat, help you lose weight and also detox your body.

There are actually different types of tea available bt the ones you'll be most familiar with will include the type made from the camellia sinensis plant. These leaves are fermented at different amounts giving you a very different taste. The lightest tasting camellia sinensis tea is white tea because it's not fermented as long as black tea which is much stronger tasting. Green tea and Oolong tea are somewhere in the middle.

Rooibos tea is also gaining popularity because it tastes lovely and has no caffeine in it. A lot of people find that caffeine gives then unwanted side effects, namely the jitters. Finding alternatives to drinking caffeine-loaded drinks is always a good idea.

Another tea that I haven't actually go around to trying is yerba mate which looks very interesting. However for some reason you're not supposed to add the yerba mate to boiling water. Very strange.
